Competencia: potenciales “guardianes de acceso” en el marco del DMA

(04/07) El comisario europeo de Mercado Interior, Thierry Breton, anunció las siete compañías que notificaron a la Comisión Europea el cumplimiento de los umbrales establecidos por la Ley de Mercados Digitales (DMA, por sus siglas en inglés) para ser consideradas “guardianes de acceso”: Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, ByteDance, Meta, Microsoft y Samsung. El Ejecutivo europeo cuenta hasta el 6 de septiembre para estudiar su designación formal, tras lo cual dispondrían de seis meses para cumplir con las nuevas normas. Más información
